These Terms of Sale govern subscriptions offered to professional establishments on the The Door platform (thedoor.vip).
Note: at launch, claiming a listing is free of charge. These Terms of Sale will take effect upon introduction of paid offerings.
The Door offers professional establishments:
Free tier (available from launch): listing claim, photo upload (up to 3), description customisation, display of contact details and opening hours.
Additional paid tiers will be introduced subsequently, including advanced listing-management features, traffic statistics, and review-response tools. Pricing and conditions will be communicated before activation.
Claiming a listing is conditional on signing an honour declaration. The establishment declares, in particular, that the information provided is accurate, that no person is coerced or exploited, and that the establishment complies with applicable law.
Any false declaration may result in immediate removal of the listing.
Listing rankings are algorithmic and merit-based. No payment can improve placement in organic results.
The establishment may request the removal of its claimed listing at any time by contacting contact@thedoor.vip. Removal will be effective within 72 hours.
For future paid offerings: cancellation will be possible at any time from the professional area, effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund for the remaining period.
For future paid offerings aimed at professionals (B2B), the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by consumer law does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals. Establishments nevertheless retain the option to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
The Door provides a platform connecting establishments and users. The Door is not a party to any transactions between users and establishments.
The parties agree that the electronic records (timestamps, IP addresses, content of the honour declaration, connection logs) retained by The Door in its information systems constitute admissible, valid, and enforceable evidence between the parties. These records carry the same evidentiary weight as a handwritten signed document.
