Claimed listings contain information provided directly by the establishments under their responsibility, after signing an honour declaration.
The Door does not visit establishments, does not inspect them, and does not warrant the quality of services offered. The Door performs an editorial selection based on public data.
The ranking of establishments in listings is determined by an algorithm based on: average rating (40%), recent reviews (30%), profile completeness (20%), and platform tenure (10%).
An establishment's subscription tier does not influence its ranking in organic results in any way. Any sponsored placements are clearly identified by the “Featured” label.
Registered users may post reviews of establishments. Reviews must be sincere, based on a genuine experience, and respect the dignity of individuals.
The following are prohibited: defamatory, discriminatory, or insulting statements; explicitly sexual content; information identifying third parties without their consent; and disguised commercial promotion.
The Door reserves the right to moderate or remove any review breaching these conditions.
Any establishment listed on The Door may request the removal of its listing at any time, without justification, by contacting contact@thedoor.vip. Removal will be effective within 72 hours.
The Door acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of the French LCEN law (n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004) and as an intermediary service provider within the meaning of the European Digital Services Act (Regulation EU 2022/2065). The Door cannot be held liable for information provided by establishments on their claimed listings, nor for experiences encountered by users at those establishments.
The Door commits to promptly removing any manifestly unlawful content reported to it. In accordance with the DSA, a single point of contact is available at contact@thedoor.vip for any notice of illegal content.
Any user may report problematic content or an establishment via the contact form or by email to contact@thedoor.vip. Reports are processed within 72 hours.
All content on The Door (editorial copy, design, logo, code) is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Establishments retain ownership of any content they provide for their claimed listing (descriptions, photos). They grant The Door a non-exclusive licence to display this content for the duration of the listing.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Door may modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
